If you received the Notice of Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Case, Meeting of Creditors, and Deadlines in the S&A Restaurant Corp. bankruptcy proceeding, you received this notice because one of the debtors listed on the notice provided your name and address to the Bankruptcy Court as a possible creditor of one of the Debtors.  This does not mean that you filed bankruptcy.  This office does not know why your name was provided to the Bankruptcy Court by one of the Debtors.

If you are an auctioneer, a broker, or liquidator calling to offer your services regarding the disposition of assets, the Trustee is not in need of your services at this time.  When assets do become available, that information will be posted to the website.
