Mr. Clark, a director of the Firm, practices in the Litigation Section.  He has substantial experience representing individuals, small businesses and large corporations in a wide range of civil litigation matters in state and federal courts across the state of Texas and around the country.

Scope of Practice:

All forms of civil litigation, including labor and employment, securities, personal injury defense, medical peer review, complex commercial disputes and appellate law.

Recent Honors:

Named by Law & Politics as an outstanding young lawyer in 2009 & 2010 Texas Rising Stars magazine, a designation given to lawyers under 40 who are viewed by their colleagues as preeminent in their respective practice areas; also published in Texas Monthly and online at superlawyers.com.
