Attorneys

Arthur V. Lambert is the head of the Firm's Labor and Employment practice group.  Mr. Lambert is a board-certified member of the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in the area of Labor and Employment Law.  On behalf of management, Mr. Lambert regularly litigates such employment issues as sexual harassment claims, discrimination charges, wrongful termination actions, and wage and hour disputes before federal and state courts and administrative agencies, as well as arbitration tribunals.  He has extensive experience in all facets of litigation, including pre-trial motion practice, jury and bench trials, hearings and appeals.  He also has handled class actions, multi-plaintiff actions and injunction proceedings.  Mr. Lambert has also litigated a number of issues regarding employment agreements, such as non-compete and non-solicitation provisions. 

He regularly counsels employers on issues ranging from hiring, firing and disciplinary policies, to family leave, resonable accomodation and compensation. 

Mr. Lambert frequently conducts in-house training seminars for managers and human resource professionals on diversity and discrimination issues to ensure compliance with the appropriate laws and regulations. 

Prior to working for Kane Russell, Mr. Lambert was a partner in the Dallas office of Epstein Becker & Green, P.C.
