Mr. Perkins received his law degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2005. During law school, Mr. Perkins served as a legal extern to U.S. Bankruptcy Court Judge Harlin "Cooter" Hale. Mr. Perkins received his undergraduate degree in Forestry from Texas A&M University in 1999.
