Mr. Thrasher, a director of the Firm, practices in the Litigation Practice Area.  He is an experienced litigator who has participated in all aspects of civil litigation with an emphasis on construction litigation, products liability litigation, insurance defense and commercial litigation. He has successfully obtained results for clients through legal motions, advocacy, alternative dispute resolution processes and trial. In addition, he has worked with clients to plan for and preempt potential claims and future problems.

Recipient of President's Award from the Houston Bar Association 2009.  Named by Law & Politics as an outstanding young lawyer in 2008, 2009 & 2010 Texas Rising Stars magazine, a designation given to lawyers under 40 who are viewed by their colleagues as preeminent in their respective practice areas; also published in Texas Monthly and online at superlawyers.com.  Selected as one of Houston's "Professionals on the Fast Track" by H Texas magazine, 2007.  Honored as Best Oralist in 1999 Spurgeon Bell Intramural Moot Court Competition.  Member of National Moot Court Team at South Texas College of Law.
