Mr. Fisher, an associate of the Firm, practices in the Litigation Section.  He has experience representing insured and self-insured entities in both federal and state courts on matters ranging from tort litigation to business and commercial disputes.

Litigation involving personal injury claims, premises liability, products liability, auto and trucking liability, and commercial and business disputes.
