Mr. Kane, an associate of the Firm, practices in both the Litigation and Bankruptcy practice groups.  In the Litigation practice group he focuses predominately on commercial litigation.  In the Bankruptcy practice group, Mr. Kane focuses on corporate bankruptcy reorganization on behalf of both creditors and corporate debtors.
