Mr. Rucker, a Director of the Firm in the Dallas office, practices in the Litigation, Large Loss Subrogation, Personal Injury Defense, Construction and Insurance practices areas.  He has a broad-based civil practice representing multi-national, national, regional and local companies in a variety of litigation in state and federal courts.  His litigation practice includes business and commercial disputes, personal injury defense, products liability, premises liability, construction matters, deceptive trade practices, fraud, property disputes and insurance coverage.  He also frequently counsels clients in risk management and litigation avoidance.
