Robert L Rickman

Rob Rickman is a director of the Firm and leads its employment practice group. He has experience with a wide array of employment-related matters, including theft and misappropriation of trade secrets disputes, non-compete cases, and disputes arising under title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. Rob also assists employers with audits and inspections from the Department of Labor, Texas Workforce Commission, and OSHA, as well as counseling employers on best practices and consulting clients on handbook policies and employment agreements. In addition to his employment law practice, Rob has extensive litigation experience in breach of contract matters, indemnification disputes, shareholder derivative actions, and trademark and copyright infringement.
