William "BJ" Jones practices in the firm’s Construction Litigation section. He represents general contractors and subcontractors in complex, multi-party construction defect and personal injury litigation, arbitration, and OSHA investigations. He also has experience in commercial litigation including professional liability and environmental matters, employment, and civil rights. BJ has gained extensive trial experience in the past ten years, and has achieved favorable verdicts in over fifty cases.

- Represented painting subcontractor against allegations of defective workmanship at $60M multi-family housing complex; represented general contractor against claims arising from building envelope leaks.

- Handled fire damage claims on behalf of national hair dryer and small appliance manufacturer in cases across Texas.
- Successfully represented international tile manufacturer at trial against homeowners' breach of contract, Deceptive Trade Practices Act, and breach of warranty lawsuit.
