|A team from KRCL, led by Houston director Marcy Rothman and including director Danny Guerra, successfully represented former Miami Dolphins center Mark Dennard and his business interests at trial against Robert Piña in the Brazos County 85th District Court this month. Dennard developed the Wings N More restaurant concept and licensed it through his company, Den Dol, Inc., for use within the Grand Parkway, to Houston area restauranteur, Robert Piña. In 2012, Piña sought to sell 19 Wings N More restaurants and the Wings N More license to Houston area franchise developers, Govrind and Manish Agrawal. Rebecca has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements and ancillary documentation, licenses, customer and vendor agreements, and master services agreements. She received her Juris Doctor from SMU in 2004 and her Bachelor of Arts in Government and Politics, cum laude, from the University of Texas at Dallas.
