| Marcy Rothman and Danny Guerra, and legal assistant Sharee Wilson, obtained a defense verdict in Speirs v. Union Pacific Railroad. On Monday, February 18, 2013, after a week-long trial in Bexar County, Texas, the jury found Union Pacific not negligent and assigned 100% of the negligence for the incident and injuries on the Plaintiff.
