KRCL is committed to representing local, national, and international clients in small and large environmental litigation matters, as well as providing assistance in transactional matters involving environmental issues. The Firm has the experience and capacity to manage complex environmental and commercial litigation in state and federal courts within and outside of Texas on behalf of insurers and self-insured entities of all types. In addition to defending businesses in traditional environmental litigation, KRCL's attorneys also have experience pursuing claims for property damages and cleanup costs for environmental contamination. Our trial attorneys have successfully defended clients involved in complex, multiparty environmental litigation, have successfully prosecuted environmental claims, and have represented a number of environmental consultants against claims of professional negligence and breach of contract.

KRCL also assists clients in identifying environmental risks and developing strategies to avoid or manage those risks. We understand the complexities of financial and real estate transactions and combine our risk management and transactional experience to assist in resolving environmental issues for our clients.
