Clark Samuelson is an Associate Attorney in the Firm’s Houston office. He focuses his practice on commercial litigation and has extensive corporate tax experience.
In 2009, Clark graduated from Thomas M. Cooley School of Law, where he was included on the Dean’s List and a member of both the Moot Court Competition and Mock Trial teams. While attending law school, Clark clerked with a Houston-based law firm that provided counsel to the oil and gas, construction and hospitality industries. He also holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from Spring Hill College.
Prior to joining KRCL, Clark worked for a major national consulting and advisory firm, where he provided specialty tax credit and tax controversy services to companies and their tax advisors.
