Damian Williams focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation. He has significant experience handing contract disputes, construction defects, products liability claims, breach of warranty claims, breach of fiduciary duty claims, fraud claims, as well as other commercial litigation matters.
In his construction litigation practice, Damian has extensive experience representing general and sub-contractors in both federal and state courts, litigating matters regarding construction defects and general disputes.
Damian is very actively involved in giving back to the community. He is currently a Board Member for Focus on Teens, a local organization that was recently a finalist for the Dallas ISD Volunteer and Partner Awards in the Outstanding Non-Profit Partner category. He is also a member of the North Dallas Chamber of Commerce, where he serves on the Education Committee to advocate for homeless youth in the community and has served as a Co-Chair of the Lawyers Against Domestic Violence.
After attending the University of Southern California for his undergraduate degree, Damian received his law degree at Washington University in St. Louis. Damian now lives in Dallas with his wife and daughter.
