Jacob “Jay” Pritcher, Jr., Senior Counsel at the Firm, advises clients with the acquisition, development, and disposition of properties, including the negotiation of purchase agreements, leases, subleases and assignments, renewals and collateral documents. He regularly represents clients in the retail, restaurant and hospitality sectors in leasing and purchase matters, including the representation of national tenants with high-volume “rollout” plans throughout the United States.
Jay has wide-ranging experience in real estate law, having spent more than a decade as a member of the Real Estate Group at a Dallas-based full-service commercial law firm and served as the Director of Real Estate Law for Home Depot. In his role as Director, he led the company’s acquisition, disposition, development, litigation and portfolio management for all types of real estate throughout much of the United States and Mexico.
