Ken Biermacher, a founding Director of the Firm, is the most senior member of the Litigation Section in the Dallas office. His general broad trial and appellate practice and experience representing clients on both sides of the docket encompass the handling of a diverse range of complex commercial and business litigation matters, including partnership disputes, employment matters, issues arising out of the operations of health care facilities, defense of class action suits (relating to securities, environmental, mass and toxic tort, product and other claims), qui tam (“whistle blower”) claims; complex real estate and other general business and contractual matters, banking, securities and finance, intellectual property rights (patent and trademark infringement claims), issues arising out of the oil patch, and other matters. He also represents client interests involving, among other matters, director, officer and other fiduciary claims, fraud investigations, and controversies arising in estate, trust and probate proceedings.
