Nicole Herron is an innovative litigation associate who helps clients find creative solutions to business disputes. She defends clients in product liability matters, employment and commercial disputes, and catastrophic loss claims. An astute researcher and bright legal mind, Nicole is often relied upon to analyze civil litigation matters and recommend the appropriate course of action and defense strategy. Nicole’s ability to quickly assess the legal factors at play and synthesize solutions make her an integral member of the firm’s Litigation team.
Nicole earned her Juris Doctor from Texas Southern University Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston, Texas. During her studies, she served as a writing advisor and a senior editor of the Thurgood Marshall Law Review. Nicole also interned for the Honorable Vanessa D. Gilmore of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
Prior to attending law school, Nicole graduated magna cum laude from The University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, where she received a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. While in undergraduate school, Nicole interned at the Tuscaloosa County Public Defender’s Office.
