Kyle Woodard practices primarily in the Firm’s Bankruptcy, Insolvency, & Creditors’ Rights group, an area in which he has focused since beginning his legal career. Kyle has considerable experience representing clients in all facets of bankruptcy law and related litigation, including secured and unsecured creditors, bankruptcy trustees, corporate debtors, and creditors’ committees. Kyle also represents clients in complex commercial litigation matters in both state and federal court.
Kyle attended the University of Oklahoma College of Law where he was included on the Dean’s Honor Roll and received the Oklahoma Bar Association’s Financial and Commercial Law scholarship for outstanding performance in the areas of bankruptcy and secured transactions. Prior to law school, Kyle obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a minor in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin.
