Sean Madera is a tenacious litigator who defends clients and prosecutes in a wide variety of civil litigation matters. He regularly advocates for clients in catastrophic personal injuries, premises liability, products liability, transportation-related injuries, insurance coverage, and commercial contracts. He has had experience in litigation as both a plaintiff’s as well as a defense attorney, giving him a unique insight into case preparation and management. When he’s engaged for a matter, Sean carefully evaluates all factors and risks and then collaborates with clients to formulate a strategy to help them reach their end goal. His attention to detail and team player mentality are always valued by clients.
Sean holds a Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law, where he graduated as class valedictorian. He was also a brief writer and oral advocate on the Varsity Moot Court Team which competed nationally. During his studies, Sean interned at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Texas Department of Justice Fraud Division. In this role, he aided in investigations and gained invaluable experience into the court system. He also holds bachelor’s degree from Southwestern University.
