Stephen Kirschner is a sharp analyst and savvy dealmaker who helps clients craft optimal transactions to meet their goals. He also advises real estate developers, landlords and tenants in all types of leasing and financing transactions.
Stephen has comprehensive experience in all aspects of real estate due diligence, including title and survey analysis, and advising entities regarding corporate governance and business matters. His ingenuity and eye for detail make him an integral member of the firm’s Real Estate Group.
Stephen graduated from the University Of Iowa College Of Law with his Juris Doctorate in 2014. During his studies, he honed his legal writing skills through his tenure as a Contributing Editor with the Iowa Law Review. He also gained invaluable experience in the court system by interning in the 204th Judicial District Court for the Honorable Lena Levario. In addition to his Juris Doctorate, Stephen holds an undergraduate degree in Finance from Oklahoma State University, which enables him to navigate the most complex deals and transactions.
