Alexia Panayota Nicoloulias is a Texas civil litigator with a broad range of experience representing clients in state and federal courts throughout Texas.

She has handled complex matters from inception through trial, gaining substantial experience across a diverse range of disputes, including but not limited to catastrophic injury, premises liability, construction defect, product liability, negligence, breach of contract, business ownership, trade secrets, fraud, and other Texas-specific claims.

Alexia has developed a reputation for being a strategic and effective advocate throughout all stages of litigation. From intake, through discovery, to trial, she is fully present and ready to fight for her clients. Known for her no-nonsense approach, Alexia is a strong advocate who remains practical, reasonable, and focused on achieving the best possible outcome for her clients. She places a particular emphasis on communication and ensuring that her clients understand both the legal issues they face and the strategy being pursued on their behalf. Clients appreciate her responsiveness, personable nature, and ability to make them feel informed, confident, and assured throughout the litigation process.

Away from the Office

Outside of her legal practice, Alexia is passionate about animal welfare and devotes much of her free time to her rescue dog, Demetri. She also advocates on behalf of rescues and shelters throughout the country. She has served on committees dedicated to advancing animal welfare in Texas. A proud member of the Greek community, she is proficient in Greek and has traveled internationally from an early age, experiences that have fostered an appreciation for different cultures, perspectives, and communities.
