Andrew Sarne, a director of the Firm, practices in the Litigation Practice Area.
He is licensed in both Texas and New York. He has obtained experience as lead counsel in the defense and prosecution of a wide variety of civil lawsuits, including shareholder disputes, catastrophic personal injuries, professional liability, premises liability, products liability, transportation-related injuries, insurance coverage, commercial contracts, business torts, construction, intellectual property, liquor liability, admiralty, real estate, defamation, "me too" claims and other areas. Additionally, Andrew advises clients and handles administrative matters in professional sports. Further, he has acted as general counsel to various construction companies and hospitality entities. He has handled matters across the United States, including Texas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Arizona, Tennessee, Nevada, Idaho, California, Oregon, Alabama, North Dakota, Kentucky, Florida, Kansas, Illinois, North Carolina, Delaware, Connecticut, New Jersey, U.S. Virgin Islands and New York.
