
Clayton Carter is a strategic litigator representing businesses and individuals in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitrations.
Clayton's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation matters, guiding businesses and individuals through the various issues they face. Clayton's experience spans cases involving contract disputes, restrictive covenants, fraud, fiduciary duties, partnership disputes, real estate disputes, trademarks, construction disputes, labor and employment, and more. Clayton is a discerning advocate who strives to understand the client's ultimate goals and tailors his litigation strategy to meet that end.
Away from the Office
Clayton spends most of his time with his wife and trying to keep up with his two young children. Clayton also loves cheering on his Texas Longhorns and, as a former backpacking guide, takes every opportunity to enjoy the outdoors and train for his next trail race.
