Morgan Jones is a commercial litigation attorney representing businesses and individuals in complex civil disputes across state and federal courts. She brings experience across a wide range of litigation practice areas, including commercial disputes, real estate, probate and trust administration, labor and employment, healthcare, and intellectual property.
Morgan manages all phases of litigation—from case assessment through discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediation, and trial. She also regularly assists clients in resolving complex title issues involving mortgaged properties, including advising on strategies to address chain-of-title concerns without litigation and, as necessary, pursuing legal remedies such as quiet title actions.
Prior to joining the firm, Morgan practiced commercial litigation at an international law firm and was selected by partners to participate in the firm’s advanced trial advocacy program. Partners also chose Morgan to present a program to summer associates regarding associate expectations, workflow management, and strategies for early career success.
During law school, Morgan was appointed Executive Editor of the Baylor Law Review. Morgan also worked as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Alan D. Albright of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas.
