Joseph Coleman Elected as Fellow of the American Bar Foundation

Kane Russell Coleman Logan PC is pleased to announce that founding director Joe Coleman has been elected as a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation ("ABF"), an honor limited to one percent of lawyers licensed to practice in each jurisdiction.

The Fellows of the American Bar Foundation is a global honorary society of attorneys, judges, law faculty and legal scholars whose public and private careers have demonstrated outstanding dedication to the legal profession and their communities. Fellows are nominated by their peers and elected by the ABF Board.

Joe has previously served as chair of the firm’s Insolvency, Bankruptcy & Creditors' Rights section. His practice focuses on corporate and business reorganizations, debt restructurings, and a broad range of insolvency matters nationwide.
