Kane Russell Coleman Logan Deepens Transactional and Litigation Benches with New Hires

The Dallas and Houston offices of Texas-based law firm Kane Russell Coleman Logan are growing in the new year. The firm has welcomed two new hires in the past month– David Ellender and Jordan Sibley. The addition of these attorneys will allow the firm to further bolster both its transactional and litigation services and continue to offer comprehensive representation for its clients in 2019.

David Ellender has joined the firm’s Houston office, where he will represent clients in insurance and liability litigation. He handles a wide variety of cases at the federal and state level, including MDL products liability litigation in federal court to first and third-party personal injury cases. Prior to joining KRCL, David served as first chair defense counsel in first and third-party actions against Geico policyholders in Harris County and surrounding counties. This work, in combination with his more than 10 years of experience representing insured and corporate clients in individual and class action claims of negligence, personal injury, and products liability, enables him to handle everything from complex motion arguments to jury trials and appeals.

“We are happy to welcome David to the litigation team in Houston,” said Mike Ridulfo, Managing Director of the firm’s Houston office. “I have no doubt that our clients will be impressed by Sean’s diverse experiences and innovative perspectives. He is an astute litigator and will be a valuable addition as we continue taking on high stakes litigation.”

Jordan Sibley will work as a Senior Attorney in the Dallas office of Kane Russell Coleman Logan. In this role, he will continue to advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, commercial finance transactions, real estate transactions and corporate governance. In addition to his years of experience serving as a trusted advisor to companies in the finance, automotive, real estate, oil and gas and technology industries, Jordan also holds an advanced law degree in Corporate Transactions from The University of Alabama School of Law. This high degree of experience, education and business background equip him to serve as general counsel to businesses, funds and family offices in all growth stages, providing impactful legal advice for their investments and complex matters.

“When growing our KRCL team, we prioritize finding attorneys who are hardworking, successful, and always put our clients first. We look for excellent lawyers who are even better people. Jordan has proven time and time again that he fits these criteria. He’s a fantastic addition to our firm and will serve as a great asset to our clients,” said Joseph Coleman, Managing Partner and Co-Founder of the firm.
