Kane Russell Coleman Logan PC is pleased to announce the addition of Shamsia Osman Sheehan and Kelly Wise. They join the firm as associate attorneys in the firm’s Dallas office.

Shamsia Osman Sheehan is the newest member of the firm’s Real Estate Group. She focuses her practice primarily on representing national, regional, and local clients in a variety of real estate transactions. Among other things, she represents retail landlords, tenants, and developers in acquisitions, dispositions, and leases of shopping centers and other commercial projects. Before entering private practice, Shamsia worked at one of the world's leading investment management firms in New York, where she managed real estate investment funds, hedge funds, and mutual funds. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma in 2010 and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Politics from the University of Texas at Dallas in 2005.

Kelly Wise, who joins the firm’s Litigation Section, concentrates her practice in insurance defense, with a special emphasis on general negligence, premises liability, and catastrophic personal injury. She regularly represents and advises clients in construction liability and defects, dram shop, and transportation and trucking liability matters. Kelly is a member of the Texas Bar and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. She received her Juris Doctor from The University of Texas School of Law in 2011, where she was a staff editor for the Texas Review of Entertainment and Sports Law and served as a student attorney in the Children’s Rights Clinic. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from the University of Oklahoma in 2005.

“Shamsia and Kelly are fantastic additions to our real estate and litigation teams,” said Zach Mayer, a director of the firm. “They are talented attorneys and we are confident that their legal acumen and experience will bring additional depth to our firm's ability to assist our clients in navigating complex real estate transactions and resolving legal disputes.”
