Patrick Lingwall joins KRCL's Business & Corporate Team

Patrick Lingwall has joined Kane Russell Coleman Logan PC as a senior attorney in the Business & Corporate practice in Houston.

Lingwall represents companies in mergers and acquisitions, joint venture formation, private equity investments, and other complex business transactions and commercial matters, primarily involving the energy and infrastructure sectors. Throughout his career, he has represented and counseled a broad spectrum of private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies.

Outside of his practice, Lingwall is president of the board of directors of Resolve It, Inc., a nonprofit providing crisis intervention and trauma counseling services to children in mainland Galveston County. 

He received his law degree from The University of Texas School of Law and his undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
