Jury whisperer. Storyteller. Fierce advocate.

These words best describe how trial attorney Jade Jackson approaches litigation and client relationships. She brings a strategic, persuasive, and trial-tested mindset to every matter. A former newspaper journalist, Jade has a distinct ability to quickly absorb complex subject matter, distill intricate facts into compelling narratives, and develop practical, effective defense strategies tailored to each case. Her sharp instincts, courtroom presence, and ability to connect with juries make her a trusted advocate for clients navigating high-stakes disputes.

Jade’s practice includes the defense of personal injury, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, dram shop, and construction-related matters, representing both individuals and businesses through every phase of litigation. She also counsels clients on pre-suit strategy, risk mitigation, and litigation avoidance, helping them navigate challenges before disputes escalate.

A portion of Jade’s practice is devoted to Professional Liability defense. She represents attorneys, accountants, real estate brokerages, mortgage and title companies, insurance agents, property managers, and other professionals in complex liability matters. In addition, she handles a broad range of commercial litigation disputes, from contract claims and business grievances to sophisticated commercial conflicts.

Before entering private practice, Jade served as in-house counsel for a national insurance company, giving her valuable insight into claims evaluation, risk assessment, and litigation management from the client perspective. She also served as an Assistant Criminal District Attorney with the Tarrant County District Attorney’s Office, where she prosecuted felony cases and developed substantial courtroom experience. Over the course of her career, Jade has tried more than 30 cases to jury verdict.

Away from the office

In her spare time, Jade enjoys world travel, exploring the work of new and emerging artists, mocktails, fine dining, and making memories with her two young adult children.
