Urvi is an associate in the Corporate and Business Transactions Practice, assisting attorneys in the practice of the representation of clients across a wide range of practice areas, including corporate, private equity and real estate matters. Urvi has worked with KRCL throughout her law school career.
Urvi is dedicated in bringing her enthusiasm and life-long passion for learning to the legal profession. In law, she has found the perfect balance in continuously challenging herself by navigating complex legal challenges while making a positive impact on her clients through the law.
She received her J.D., magna cum laude, from South Texas College of Law Houston. Urvi’s accomplishments in law school include being named on the Dean’s List for 5 semesters, Dean’s Merit Scholarship recipient, Presidential Fellow, receiving CALI Award (highest grade) in numerous classes, and awarded the Lisa Dahm (‘95) Award for Writing Excellence in Public Policy. She was also a member of the South Texas Law Review.
Away from the Office
Urvi enjoys spending time outdoors, and likes to workout, dance, and spend time with friends and family in her free time. She also speaks Gujarati and understands Hindi.
