Attorney Jason Binford elected to Director in the Dallas-based law firm of Kane Russell Coleman & Logan PC

Kane Russell Coleman & Logan PC is pleased to announce that Jason Binford has been named a Director of the firm.  Jason's practice includes representing debtors and creditors in large to mid-size Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 cases.  He also handles various niche bankruptcy matters such as 363 sales, intellectual property, landlord/tenant and franchise issues.  Jason handles bankruptcy matters for clients across the country, and frequently writes and presents on numerous bankruptcy topics for law colleagues and outside industry associations.

An active member of the legal community, Jason belongs to the DFW Association of Young Bankruptcy Lawyers, the Dallas Bar Association and the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers.  He is also a barrister of the John C. Ford American Inn of Court, and is active in the American Bankruptcy Institute.  Jason is a 2004 graduate of St. Mary's University School of Law in San Antonio, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the St. Mary's Law Journal and also where he received a Master of Arts in international business.  Jason received his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University.
