Christopher Pappas and Kevin Madden Speak on Legal Issues Affecting Architects

On May 26, 2009, Christopher Pappas and Kevin Madden participated in a panel discussion for the American Institute of Architects Business and Practice Series on "Legal Issues Affecting Architects."  Mr. Pappas and Mr. Madden spoke and answered questions on the issues of professional liability, contract formation, insurance coverage issues, and how to avoid disputes between architects and their clients.  The presentation took place in Houston, Texas and was attended by a diverse group of architects, engineers and contractors from Houston and surrounding areas.
