David Thrasher Receives President's Award by Houston Bar Association

KRCL is proud to announce that David Thrasher has been named a recipient of the President's Award by the Houston Bar Association. Mr. Thrasher earned this award for his outstanding work as co-chair of the Special Olympics Committee.
