In a 2-1 decision, the Fourteenth Court of Appeals has affirmed judgment in favor of Weekley Homes, L.P., rendered in a case tried by Marcy Rothman and Danny Guerra in 2013, involving breaches of contract and fraud arising from the development of the Windsor Court residential community in Houston.  The appeal was handled by the trial team’s close colleague, Terry Adams, an appellate lawyer in Houston.
