James Prappas to Speak at TexasBarCLE's Advanced Immigration Law Course

KRCL Director James Prappas will present at the 17th Annual Course on Advanced Immigration Law, presented by TexasBarCLE and co-sponsored by the Immigration & Nationality Law Section of the State Bar of Texas. TexasBarCLE summarizes the course as:

Today's political climate has dramatically impacted the complex area of U.S. Immigration Law. Immigration procedures and policies are changing at a rapid pace. The Advanced Immigration Law Course offers an opportunity to stay up to date on developing issues in immigration law and learn strategies to effectively represent immigrants, their families, and their employers. This intensive program is relevant for both seasoned immigration attorneys and those whose practices intersect with immigration law.

Prappas will co-present Angelique M. Montano of the Law Office of Angelique Montano.  The presentation, titled "The Reality of Zero-Tolerance: Adjudication,"  is scheduled for Friday, February 1, 2019, at 8:30 a.m. and attendees will earn .25 ethics credit.
