John Mark Stephens joins KRCL

KRCL is pleased to announce that John Mark Stephens has joined the Firm as an Associate.  Mr. Stephens practices in the Firm's Dallas office in the Business and Real Estate Sections.  His practice focuses on bank loan transactions, secured lending transactions, real and personal property troubled asset workouts, and foreclosure actions.

Mr. Stephens is a 2000 graduate of Texas Tech University School of Law.
