Jury Verdict

Congratulations to Michael Logan and Bruce Flowers, for their jury verdict in Sherman, Texas on December 14, 2006.  The Plaintiff, Steve Rowley, was the former CEO of Wilson N. Jones Hospital, who was seeking severance benefits following his termination from employment in 2003.  At the conclusion of the almost two week trial, the Jury returned a verdict in excess of $800,000 in severance benefits, and with interest and attorneys fees, the judgment is expected to be approximately $1.8 million.
