Kane Russell Coleman Logan Adds Two Attorneys to Houston Office

Andrew Mihalick and Kimberly Clark have joined the Houston office of Kane Russell Coleman Logan as members of the Litigation Practice Group. The addition of the two attorneys follows several recent hires in the firm’s Dallas office and marks the firm’s efforts to better serve the Texas market by expanding its already impressive roster of talented and diligent attorneys.

Andrew Mihalick joins the firm as a senior attorney. With more than a decade of experience, Andrew represents clients in third-party and first-party coverage issues, coverage opinions, and reporting guidelines and requirements of large insurance companies in both state and federal courts. Prior to joining KRCL, Andrew practiced at a Houston-based law firm, where he also represented clients in commercial and real estate litigation, non-compete and trade secret misappropriation matters, construction and fiduciary duty litigation, insurance bad faith and DTPA claims.

Kimberly Clark joins the firm as an associate focusing on representing clients in a variety of litigation matters, including catastrophic personal injuries, premises liability, and products liability. Kimberly previously served as a member of the Civil Division of the Special Prosecution Unit in Huntsville, Texas and as an Assistant District Attorney in Anderson County. This experience, in combination with her work as a defense attorney, grants her unique insight into both sides of complex trial matters.

“Andrew and Kimberly represent the diverse talent KRCL offers its clients,” said Chris Pappas, a director of the firm. “In addition to being wonderful lawyers, they are both deeply dedicated to providing exemplary service to clients. We are thrilled to have them join the KRCL team here in Houston.”
