Kane Russell Coleman & Logan PC Adds Three New Associate Attorneys

Kane Russell Coleman & Logan PC (KRCL) is pleased to announce that David Henry, Brad Rutledge, and Scott Riddle have joined the firm as associate attorneys practicing in the litigation section.

David Henry practices in the litigation section in the Dallas office, focusing mostly on personal injury defense.  He has experience in a broad array of litigation matters including commercial contract and lease disputes, employment/compensation disputes, covenants not to compete, theft of trade secrets, and medical malpractice defense.

David earned his Juris Doctor from Baylor University School of Law, cum laude, where he received a prestigious scholarship for Academic Excellence and was an Associate Editor of the Baylor Law Review.  During his time at Baylor, was involved in Baylor's highly regarded Practice Court system. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Philosophy in 2006 and was a part of the Dean’s List.

Brad Rutledge practices in the litigation department in the Firm's Houston office.  While attending South Texas College of Law and working towards completing his law degree, Brad Rutledge worked at Kane Russell Coleman & Logan PC as a law clerk He joined the Firm as an associate after graduation.

Brad has gained valuable experience not only as a clerk at KRCL but also interning for multiple Texas judges.  He had the opportunity to observe numerous civil jury trials, assist with document reviews, and discuss tactics and rulings with judges. Brad received his Bachelor of Science in Construction Science and a Minor in Business Management from Texas A&M University.

Scott Riddle practice's in the litigation section in the Dallas office, in the areas of commercial litigation and well as personal injury defense on behalf of insurers and self-insured companies in a wide variety of industries.  Scott received his Juris Doctor from Baylor University School of Law in 2010.  During his time in law school, he was a recipient of the highly-respected Dean’s Academic Excellence Scholarship, participated in the National Mock Trial Team, and received the Pakis, Giotes Page & Burleson Practice Court Advocacy Award.  Scott earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Arkansas in 2007, where he received the Arkansas Alumni Association Academic Scholarship and was a part of the Associated Student Government.
