Kane Russell Coleman & Logan PC Adds Three New Attorneys to the Firm

Kane Russell Coleman & Logan PC (KRCL) is pleased to announce three new additions to the firm – David Fisk, Adam Gutmann, and Daniel Klein.

David Fisk was formerly a Member of Cozen and O'Connor. He joins the firm as a director and practices in the Litigation and Insurance Sections with an emphasis in Large Loss Subrogation and Construction matters. He primarily represents insurance companies and businesses in substantial property damage claims resulting from construction defects/failures, fires, explosions, machinery and equipment failures, gas and water leaks, and transit losses. He has also been selected as a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation and was selected in 2014 as a "Rising Star" by Thomson Reuters.

Daniel Klein was formerly with Weil Gotshal. He has also recently joined the firm as a litigation associate, focusing on the Financial Services and Litigation sections of the Dallas office. His experience includes complex commercial litigation in federal and state court, arbitrations, and mediations. He has participated in litigating a wide range of disputes, including antitrust, securities, fraud, breach of contract, and bankruptcy-related litigation matters. Daniel previously served in Afghanistan and Iraq and received commendation from the national intelligence agency and joint service. He is a board Member of Alley's House, a non-profit organization providing services to teenage mothers and is actively involved in the community. Daniel received his Juris Doctor from the University of Texas School of Law with High Honors in 2006 and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from the University of Kansas in 2001.

Adam Gutmann was previously with Eggleston & Briscoe, LLP, and has joined the firm's Houston office as an associate. His practice areas include complex commercial litigation, first party insurance coverage litigation, bad-faith, as well as construction litigation. Adam received his Juris Doctor from University of Houston Law Center in 2010 and his Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude in Political Science and Psychology from the University of Arizona in 2006.
