Kane Russell Coleman & Logan PC Adds Two New Associate Attorneys

Kane Russell Coleman & Logan PC (KRCL) is pleased to add two new associate attorneys – Rebecca Morley and Steven Kubik. Rebecca works in the Transactional Section. Steven recently passed the Bar and works in the Commercial Litigation Section of the Firm.

Rebecca has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements and ancillary documentation, licenses, customer and vendor agreements, and master services agreements. She received her Juris Doctor from SMU in 2004 and her Bachelor of Arts in Government and Politics, cum laude, from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Steven recently passed the November bar exam. He practices in the Commercial Litigation Section representing clients in a variety of matters involving commercial and banking disputes in both state and federal courts. Steven earned his Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University School of Law where he graduated summa cum laude. He was also a member of Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society and the Order of the Coif. He is a summa cum laude graduate from the University of Notre Dame, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting.
