KRCL files Petition to U.S. Supreme Court

KRCL, lead counsel to Dr. Larry Poliner in the peer review hearing and the landmark peer review trial in 2004, filed a Petition to the United States Supreme Court, seeking to reverse the 5th Circuit's overturning of the record jury verdict obtained by KRCL in favor of Dr. Larry Poliner against Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas. The United States Supreme Court denied the Petition.  The Petition for Certiorari and Appendix in Support can be downloaded using the link below.  KRCL represents a number of physicians involving "sham" medical peer review actions and related proceedings, as well as medical staff privileging disputes.
