KRCL Obtains Appellate Victory in Breach of Contract Case

On February 8, 2011, David Thrasher obtained an appellate victory affirming a summary judgment on behalf of plaintiff in a breach of contract case.  The defendant appealed the summary judgment on the basis that the case should have been arbitrated.  After oral argument, the summary judgment was affirmed by the Dallas Court of Appeals.
