Transactional Attorney Haley DeVault Joins KRCL

KRCL is pleased to announce that Haley DeVault has joined the Firm as an Associate practicing in the Business & Corporate and Real Estate Sections of the Dallas office.  Ms. DeVault is a 2007 graduate of Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law.  Her experience includes general business, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory matters, and general corporate matters.
