Viking Tao Presents on Foreign Investment in US Commercial Real Estate at Texas REALTORS® Conference

Viking Tao, a director of the firm, has presented at the 2018 annual conference of the Texas Association of REALTORS® in San Antonio.  Ms. Tao’s presentation, titled “Foreign Investment in US Commercial Real Estate: A Legal Perspective,” sheds light on the diverse opportunities, common pitfalls, and unique challenges presented by foreign investment in US commercial real estate.  Her presentation took place on Friday, September 7th at the Global and Commercial Joint Forum.

The TAR annual conference offers real estate practitioners an opportunity to gain insights, expertise, and updates on relevant state politics via panels and guest speakers.  This year, the conference took place from September 7 to 10 at the Henry B. Gonzales Convention Center and Hyatt Regency Hotel in San Antonio.  Attendees were able to earn more than 40 hours of CE across a range of topics, as well as plenty of opportunities to expand their business circle regionally.
