Ms. Palm, an associate of the Firm, practices in the Litigation Practice Area.  She handles complex commercial litigation and catastrophic personal injury cases in addition to insurance defense, contract disputes, construction litigation and products liability. She is experienced in all aspects of litigation and has successfully obtained favorable judgments and settlements on behalf of numerous clients.
