Mr. Logan, a founding director of the Firm, chairs the Litigation Section of the Firm, and is the Chairman of the Board. He has substantial experience in federal and state court representing privately held businesses, financial institutions, publicly traded companies and insurers in tort, real estate, construction, energy and complex business litigation. He also represents physicians in a variety of health care matters, including medical peer review proceedings.

Complex tort, commercial and business litigation; medical "sham" peer review; construction litigation; employment litigation; environmental litigation; financial institution litigation; products liability; premises liability; auto liability; liquor liability (dram shop); and general civil litigation.
