Christina Hightower represents construction, energy, and infrastructure clients on complex transactional and litigation matters. With significant in-house and private practice experience, she understands how legal strategy intersects with commercial objectives, project execution, and risk management across the owner, supplier, and EPC contractor perspectives.

Christina previously served as commercial counsel for a publicly traded developer on a multibillion-dollar liquefied natural gas (LNG) pipeline and terminal project. In that role, she partnered with commercial and executive leadership, coordinated cross-functional teams, and negotiated major project agreements directly with counterparties. She now serves as outside general counsel for capital projects, advising on EPC and procurement strategy, risk allocation, and contract structure throughout the project lifecycle. She also assists clients in developing internal compliance protocols and operational policies that support disciplined execution.

Her transactional practice focuses on EPC and procurement matters, including equipment supply agreements, construction and engineering contracts, performance and integration agreements, joint development arrangements, and long-term service agreements. She works closely with commercial and operations teams to structure enforceable agreements that appropriately allocate risk while advancing project objectives. She also advises on environmental liabilities and regulatory considerations arising from project development and operations.

Christina is also an experienced litigator representing clients in commercial, construction, and fiduciary disputes in arbitration and in state and federal courts. Her litigation practice includes contract and business disputes, design and construction defect claims, warranty matters, fraudulent transfer actions, and fiduciary duty litigation, with particular experience in construction and EPC-related disputes. She regularly guides matters from pre-suit strategy through trial and appeal with a practical, business-focused approach.

Christina serves as corporate secretary and trusted advisor to boards and senior leadership, advising on governance, compliance, fiduciary obligations, and strategic risk management.
