Courtney Robinson manages complex personal injury and commercial litigation matters from intake through resolution, including trial.
With a background spanning both prominent plaintiff-side practices and insurance defense, she brings a rare dual-perspective approach that allows her to anticipate opposing strategies, evaluate risk early, and develop efficient, results-driven litigation plans.
As a member of the firm’s Emergency Response Team, Courtney advises corporations, premises owners, and insurers in high-exposure matters involving trucking and work-related incidents, wrongful death, premises liability, indemnity disputes, and other commercial insurance litigation. She is known for delivering strategic counsel in high-pressure environments while maintaining a steady focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and strong client service.
Throughout her career, Courtney has managed high-volume dockets, handling all phases of litigation, including case evaluations, discovery, depositions, mediations, motion practice, and settlement negotiations. She regularly partners with senior attorneys and clients to streamline case development, minimize exposure, and identify early resolution opportunities—ultimately helping reduce litigation costs and protect the client’s bottom line.
Away from the Office
When she’s not in the courtroom, Courtney can usually be found outdoors—often on the water—enjoying time with family and friends. She’s known for her down-to-earth approach and strong sense of purpose, qualities that carry through in her work with clients and in the community.
